Sidekick Terms & Conditions

  1. By participating in the Sidekick program, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

  2. You acknowledge that once your referral joins the Sidekick program from your referral link, they become one of your Sidekicks, and you will receive an e-mail notification stating the name and date they joined.

  3. You acknowledge that once a Sidekick has booked a hotel you will receive an e-mail notification stating the name of the Sidekick, the Hotel booked, the departure date, the total amount they saved, and the amount you will earn once they complete travel, and commissions have been received from the supplier.

  4. You acknowledge that payment of any Sidekick is conditioned upon your Sidekick completing travel and the company receiving the commissions from the supplier.

  5. You acknowledge that you will not be paid for any travel that is cancelled, or for which a refund has been given. Further, your Sidekick may be delayed by up to 90 days after completion of travel, due to tardiness of commissions received from the supplier.

  6. Sidekick can be accessed in the My Account section of your members-only website and may be used, the same as cash, exclusively for payment of travel through your membership, or for annual support fees. Sidekick may not be redeemed for cash.

  7. You acknowledge that the Sidekick you earn is equal to the amount of savings your Sidekick receives on the hotel or resort booking they made.

  8. You acknowledge that there is no limit to the number of Sidekicks you can have, or how many Sidekick you can earn.

  9. You acknowledge the the company has thr right to change the policies, procedures, terms and conditions of the Sidekick program, at any time, and for any reason.

  10. You acknowledge that the Sidekick program may be cancelled at any time, and if cancelled, you will be able to use the Sidekick you have earned. Any unused Sidekick will expire after 2 years.
